Dr. William Conrad

Senior Associate

William Conrad has served the Santa Clara Unified School District as coordinator of assessment and director of assessment and accountability. For the Oakland Unified School District, he was the executive officer for research, assessment, and accountability; for the Alameda County Office of Education, he was the assessment coordinator. William also was a lecturer at the University of California at Berkeley.

William’s focus involves innovative learning technologies, staff development, and training administrators in data-driven processes.

He has published and presented many pieces, including a recent paper titled, “The Role of Formative Evaluation in Supporting the Implementation of a Summer Migrant System,” presented for the California Educational Research Association (CERA).

William holds an Ed.D. in curriculum and instruction and a B.S. in biology from Northern Illinois University. He also obtained an M.S. in biology from Northeastern Illinois University. He received the Clear Administrative Certificate from the State of California in 2012.
