Muskego-Norway Schools, located in Wisconsin, is a Kindergarten-to-Grade 12 district that serves approximately 5,000 students from diverse backgrounds. Performance Fact, Inc. started working with the district in 2008, facilitating in the development and implementation of the district’s strategic plan; building leadership capacity at the district and school levels; and supporting the development of a high-trust, accountable culture system-wide.
