Brenda Edgerton Conley is a clinical assistant professor at Towson University in Maryland and president of Conley Enterprises, focused on curriculum development and design, leadership training, and executive coaching. She also is the author of “Alternative Schools: A Reference Handbook,” published by ABC-CLIO Publishing Co.
Brenda was a project manager for the Job Corps Career Technical Support Contract with McConnell Jones Lanier & Murphy in Houston. She also was an educational specialist and project manager for the Job Corps Teacher Certification and Professional Development Contract with the Ancon Group, Inc.
Brenda was associate professor and founding chair of Teacher Education Programs at University of Maryland University College. She also served the Baltimore City Public School System in various teaching and leadership roles.
She earned a B.S. and M.S. at Morgan State University, and an Ed.D. at George Washington University.
