Wilson Elementary is a Kindergarten-to-Grade 5 school located in San Bernardino, California. Performance Fact, Inc.’s professional services for Wilson (and 11 other schools in the district) started in 2012 with the development of a focused school improvement plan. Since completion of the planning phase, Performance Fact, Inc. has provided ongoing capacity building for the principal and teacher-leaders, in addition to supporting disciplined implementation of the school’s Instructional Focus.
